Clients who see me are grappling with changes in their mood, repetitive intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma, relationship trouble and difficulty managing their emotions. I have a passion for helping clients get unstuck from areas holding them back, whether it's keeping relationships, worries about the future getting in the way of living life now, or past unpleasant experiences that are keeping you up at night. I work best with adults who are ready to dig into the work and create a life filled with joy and meaning. I utilize an integrated approach including talk therapy, DBT, and EMDR.
I offer a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to process, learn and grow from various life challenges. I have extensive experience working in trauma-informed, solution-focused methods with survivors of trauma. We may not have control over traumatic events that take place in our lives, but we are in control of creating our futures.
