Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW

College life can be very challenging even for the healthiest students. Course deadlines, long nights, job interviews and social pressures can cause stress, anxiety and depression. The results can be headaches, trouble concentrating, irritability and physical symptoms. Psychotherapy helps young people build their resilience, independence, and ability to make healthy life choices. I work with students to help them regain positive energy and reset the negative thinking that can lead to anxiety and depression.
