College can be exciting, challenging, and at times overwhelming. Whether you’re adjusting to campus life, feeling stressed or anxious, struggling with relationships, or exploring your identity, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel understood.

I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families, and I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. This means I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I draw on evidence-based practices, such as EMDR or CBT, and mindfulness strategies, while focusing on your strengths, feelings, and perspective to help you feel supported.

My goal is to help you build insight, coping skills, and confidence so you can navigate challenges and create meaningful change. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy, taking the first step is enough. I look forward to helping you discover how to thrive during this chapter of your life.
