Jessica Cox
I enjoy working with college students who may be facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or difficult life transitions. I love addressing self-esteem issues, communication skills, coping skills and grounding tools. I believe in the power of a welcoming and motivating environment and strive to hold whatever space my clients need to promote healthy well being and change. I hold a non-judgmental framework and will work toward empowering my clients to become their best possible selves. I am taking new clients who can do daytime/weekday appointments.
I also have a veterinarian approved therapy dog that can accompany me to sessions at the client's request. His name is Zeke and his role is to provide additional comfort and ease in any anxieties that may arise in addressing difficult issues. Please see my website for additional information.
