You deserve to live a happier and healthier life. Together, we can begin to understand your situation, and then create a plan that will address the issues that are causing you stress. Do you feel overwhelmed with issues that are unmanageable to deal with? Are you unsure about how to achieve your goals? Therapy is a powerful tool utilized to help resolve the problems you are experiencing. It strengthens our coping tools and our sense of self. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, compulsions/addictions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and developing action plans to address goal setting.
Our goal is to help you move forward to where you want to be in your life. We utilize various treatment techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Eclectic Therapy. *HIPAA Compliant Video Conferencing Available.
Day, evening, and weekend sessions available. Our private practice is open from 9 am to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays. Our professional and dedicated front desk team will always pick up the phone during these times. Prior to the first session, we will verify your insurance information and inform you in writing of any costs.
