Life can be overwhelming, and coping with challenges can feel incredibly difficult at times. I’m here to help you navigate those tough moments—whether you’re facing a specific issue or feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward.
My practice provides medication management and psychotherapy for adults (18+) entirely through a virtual platform. I have extensive experience working with college students and the unique challenges they face, and specialize in providing support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including: depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, ADHD, grief, stress, relationship issues, burnout, sleep problems, and big-life changes.
My goal is to meet you where you are, offering personalized support that reflects your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I believe that healing begins in a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll work toward your goals, whether that involves medication management, therapy, or a combination of both.
My approach integrates traditional psychiatry with holistic practices, creating a space where you can find clarity, strength, and hope for the future.
