Whether you are struggling with anxiety, or having a difficult time managing the stress in your life, I am here to help. We all need someone to talk to in a safe, non-judgmental space. I specialize in life transitions (college), women's issues, and anxiety.
Life transitions, such a going to college, can be very overwhelming. Signs of stress associated with life transitions can include worrying, withdrawing from family and friends, or even experiencing physical symptoms, such as difficulty sleeping. These markers of stress can subside over time with the help of a supportive psychotherapist.

My psychotherapy services provide effective therapy, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you manage and decrease your symptoms. Together, we'll work on developing coping strategies and skills to help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I have 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health and am dedicated to a profession of helping others. In 2008, I graduated from New York University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and have a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Psychology. Over the last two decades, I have served in both direct care and leadership positions gaining expertise. I have extensive post-master's training in psychotherapy and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

If you are ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I invite you to contact me to schedule a free phone consultation.
