It may be struggling to cope or wanting to accomplish goals with support from a counselor. We will work together to identify your concerns, collaboratively plan on how they will be addressed and strive to meet the counseling goals that benefit you.
I work from a Cognitive Behavioral approach that focuses on thought patterns, coping skills, and core beliefs. I have 7 years of prior work experience as a Victim Advocate and am familiar with the Criminal Justice System, Title IX process, Protection Orders, and Law Enforcement. I have clinical experience with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma disorders.
You are capable and worthy of living a happy, safe and fulfilling life. It would be a privilege for me to walk with you on that journey of fulfillment!

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
