Jess is a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist with over three years of experience working as a therapist and counselor. Jess earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2018 and since that time she has had the privilege of working with adults, teens, and adolescents seeking therapy for a broad range of needs and issues including but not limited to: depression/mood issues, anxiety, adjustment issues, life stress, self-esteem/body image, gender/sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ issues.

Jess works from a strength-based, client-centered, and encouraging perspective and combines various treatment styles including cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused interventions. Jess believes in the value and worth of every human and the power of connection and relationship to explore and foster change. Therapy with Jess centers on exploring and creating healthy life changes, adjusting to change, building resilience, enhancing skills, and embracing growth.
