Are you in college, a young adult, or navigating a major life transition and feeling like everyone else got a manual for this stage of life, that you somehow missed? Maybe you're questioning who you are, what you want, or where you’re headed. You might feel stuck between family expectations and who you're becoming, or you're feeling pressure to "figure it all out", as you balance school, work, and relationships.

I specialize in working with young adults navigating identity development, exploring sexuality and gender, relationship challenges and life transitions.

You don’t have to have everything clearly defined before starting therapy. You might just know that something feels off, that you’re stressed, disconnected, unsure, or not living fully as yourself. Therapy can be a space to slow down, untangle competing expectations, and build clarity and confidence.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, not judged. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths and develop concrete tools and greater insight to help you grow into a more confident, self-trusting version of yourself. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to connect.
