Life of a college student, right? You may be the first in your family to go to university, or one in a long line of relatives. The stress is real! High expectations from yourself or your family members, being out on your own, having to develop a whole new group of friends -- these changes can sometimes feel overwhelming to navigate. You want someone to dedicate an hour to listen and just unload.

Seeking help from a total stranger is really brave. We see that. Over the last several years, our therapists have walked beside folx just like you as they have worked to overcome everyday challenges that kept them from living their best lives. Anxiety, depression, finances, school performance, behavior challenges, relationships, mood changes, gender and sexual identity, are all things we can work on together in a safe and welcoming environment. Everyone is unique and every situation is different. We use a variety of styles to help explore everyday challenges in life and manage difficult problems.

Let’s see if one of our therapists can help you on your journey toward lasting change, building healthy relationships, and achieving mental wellness. Call or email to schedule your first appointment.
