Hi. I'm Jeremy. I specialize in supporting Princeton students like you. Navigating university and life can be hard. I’m here to help. I can meet in person - my office is a 2 minute walk from campus - or via telehealth.

For 17 years, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping students navigate their complexities in a confidential, non-judgmental, empathic, and safe space. I provide tailored support for common student challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, addictions, trauma-PTSD, relationship issues, identity exploration, impostor syndrome, sleep and major life transitions.

I've worked extensively with grad students, international students, athletes, first-gen and low-income students. I'm also experienced in supporting students from diverse communities, including LGBTQ, people of color, immigrants, and indigenous peoples. I treat using the following Specialties (below).

My goal is to empower you. We'll work together to build your resilience, enhance your coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Exposure and Mindfulness for practical strategies. I facilitate deeper and lasting changes via IFS and EFT to help you explore and befriend your inner world (think: Pixar’s Inside Out).

Taking the first step can be challenging, which is why I offer a consultation-intake session at no cost to you. It's a chance for us to talk, for you to ask questions, and to see if my approach aligns with your needs.

If you are part of the Princeton University Student Health Plan (SHP) or have Aetna Student Health insurance, your cost for each session is a $10 co-pay. If you are seeking out-of-network sessions, your cost for each session is $200 and I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — just bring your real self. We’ll work from there.
