Accepting clients Last Updated 30 days ago

I work with clients who want to find clarity and fulfillment in their lives. Sometimes life feels overwhelming or stuck, full of new challenges or old hurts. My goal is for you to regain your liveliness. You may be facing a mismatch between who you are and the life you’re living, questions about identity, relationship challenges, family stress, depression, anxiety, past pain like abuse or trauma, or other sources of dissatisfaction. I also specialize in working on burnout and secondary trauma with therapists and helping professionals. Your first steps toward growth and well-being can start with our conversation.

I offer a space where you can encounter yourself in a new way to create the satisfying and distinctive life you desire. I believe in a holistic approach, recognizing the complexity of your life and remaining curious about your experiences. I bring compassion, support, and even humor when I partner with clients facing the difficult parts of life.

I work with people of all identities and cultivate an environment that is inclusive and affirming so that you can bring your whole self to our work. Together, let’s explore the issues that brought you to therapy and address the challenges standing in the way of a life that is authentic and thriving.
