Hello, I'm Jen, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Cleveland State University. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, addiction services, and school-based counseling. My journey has also led me to work closely with birth, foster, and adoptive families, addressing early childhood trauma and helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes.

I specialize in helping individuals and families dealing with ADHD, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, phobias, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to support you.

My approach to therapy is centered around your strengths, resilience, and inherent ability to change. I believe that every person has the capacity to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
