Struggling to make sense of life and how to continue on? Circumstances have become overwhelming and hard to navigate day to day. You spend days in bed avoiding the things that used to bring you joy. Or it takes everything in you to do simple tasks. Is it hard to believe life can't get better than this? There is hope that life can become fulfilling again and that each day isn't just another task on a list.
Taking the first step to getting help can be scary. I help my clients get the support they need to live happy and healthy lives. Empowering clients by helping them build confidence and feel like themselves again is my specialty. In session you can expect to process trauma, develop healthy ways to cope, and have a safe space where you feel heard and seen.
