Psychologist, Ph.D.

I trained and worked in college and university counseling centers for 15 years before starting my own practice. I understand the unique needs and stressors of college and university settings - especially for non-trad and grad students.

You are motivated and high-achieving, but you’re struggling with confidence, navigating how to cope with stress and anxiety, or prioritize taking care of your own needs.

I help insightful adults who are struggling to balance multiple roles and responsibilities get clarity on what matters most, see what’s getting in the way of living the life you want, and learn how to find meaning, purpose, and peace.

My approach to therapy is strengths based and focuses on resilience and empowerment. You are the expert in your life, and your cultural identities are of the utmost importance. My goal is to create a safe space in which you feel authentically seen and heard. Your values will inform our sessions as we work to better understand you, the context of your life, and what you need to heal, grow, or change.

I’d like to be on your team. I can help you:

Build confidence
Cope with stress and self doubt
Prioritize your own needs and continue to show up in all of the areas of your life
Feel like you are living life to your full potential

If you have an idea of what you want in life, but don’t know how to get there, we can explore deeper insights into yourself and your experiences as you make change or adjust to the changes that are happening around you.
