Jennifer Lindsay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with people carrying anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of trauma, including sexual trauma. A lot of what she sees comes down to adjustment, whether that is a move, a breakup, a new chapter, or a version of your life you did not plan for.
Her approach is grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. That combination means she is less interested in arguing you out of hard feelings and more interested in helping you carry them differently while you move toward what actually matters to you. Sessions are calm and paced to what you can handle that day.
