With a Master?s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University, Jennifer brings a depth of clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to her practice. She specializes in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, and post-partum depression/anxiety.
Jennifer is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through midlife transitions, grief, and women?s issues. Jennifer offers evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
She also utilizes Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their therapeutic goals. In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer has a special interest in working with diverse populations, including first responders, military/veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
