Jennifer Kendall, LMHC
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. Over the course of my career I have worked with all age groups. After graduating I worked in Community Mental Health providing in-home therapy for children, teens and families. After taking a few years off to raise a family of my own, I returned and began working with adults, couples and teens, and their families who are primarily struggling with anxiety, depression and ADHD.
It is really important to me to meet a client where they are. We feel what we feel and process things in different ways. I am here to guide you as you find the skills that work best for you as we review previously learned skills and learn new ones. We will work together to explore your struggles and set goals to help you achieve the progress you want and need.
