Clinical Social Work/Therapist, PhD Counseling and Counselor Education, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I specialize in the formal diagnostic process and ongoing support of autistic and ADHD adults who have long navigated life without appropriate recognition and assistance. My work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, with a focus on the broader neurodivergent community. I particularly enjoy collaborating with individuals who identify as twice-exceptional, empowering them to reconcile their unique profiles in ways that honor their talents.

Through a comprehensive screening process, I help clients gain clarity about the ways in which their traits manifest and collaborate with them to identify accommodations that optimize functioning and potential. My sessions also emphasize the development of an empowering, identity-affirming narrative around being neurodivergent.

I hold a PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education from the University of Rochester, where my research explored how individual experiences influence physiological processes and health outcomes. This work guides my practice by highlighting a mind-body perspective of autism and its implications for well-being.
