Offering a safe, down to earth, authentic, non judgmental and supportive space to explore & process thoughts and feelings, decrease anxiety, connect with your true values, improve sense of self and increase self esteem, navigate roles and relationships, find your voice and improve communication, set boundaries, cope with emotionally immature parents/family, self-care, burnout, break free from people pleasing and/or perfectionism, improve self compassion, be more present, cope with hurts and stress effectively, sleep better, and stop racing thoughts, reach your goals and dreams, and improve overall sense of self worth and wholeness. I will provide insight and tools to help you get unstuck.
