We all have a way of maintaining safety in relationships and making the world "work." However, from time to time, we realize that these strategies may or may not be leading us to the life we've wanted.

I greatly enjoy working with women experiencing anxiety and relationship difficulties - often manifesting as high achievement and/or perfectionism. Many of my current clients are in the helping professions - mental health, medicine, faith-based ministry. Together, we begin to explore interpersonal patterns and tendencies as well as core beliefs and narratives, with the goal of creating a new story.

Please see my Psychology Today profile for additional info.
