Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

I work best with students who are ready to take an honest look at themselves and want to learn healthier ways to manage stress, relationships, and emotions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by balancing school, work, and personal expectations—they may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or finding motivation. Some feel stuck after a setback or uncertain about their direction in life.

I connect especially well with students who value open conversations and are willing to grow, even if they don’t know exactly where to start. Together, we explore what’s been weighing them down and build practical tools for confidence, focus, and self-care. My approach is supportive, real, and down-to-earth—helping students feel understood, not judged.
