I specialize in Intuitive Eating which is a way to learn how to understand and honor your body without all the guilt and restrictions. My approach is curious and compassionate and to teach you how to be the same when it comes to your food and body.

- Making foods morally neutral (even if you have a condition)
- Understanding what Diet culture is and how it harms
- Dealing with emotional eating
- Improving body image and self worth no matter your size or shape
- Managing health conditions without guilt or fear of foods
- Joyful movement- moving in ways that feel good and are fun!
- Gentle Nutrition- feeding and nourishing to help our bodies feel and work well but not at the expense of other things.
