Jenna Ledet – Noble Mentors

Some of the most meaningful changes I've seen in people happened when they slowed down enough to hear themselves. I mentor college students working through identity (queerness, gender, who you are away from home), recovery, anxiety, and the feeling of not quite belonging. We might walk, sit outside, do some mindfulness, or just talk through a week that got away from you; the goal is real skills you can use when I'm not there. My background: wilderness therapy field guide, behavioral health tech in substance-use recovery, 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher, Wilderness First Responder, and a B.A. from Columbia.
