I believe therapy can be a transformative experience, and it requires a lot of courage to take that first step toward healing.

As a therapist, I use a warm, interpersonal approach, drawing from attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), somatics, and DBT. I help clients find purpose and meaning in life, feel a sense of safety in their bodies, and understand their own behavioral and attachment patterns.

I enjoy working with young adults struggling with a sense of self and identity, those with personality and mood disorders, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals questioning their sexuality and/or gender presentation. I can’t wait to accompany you on this journey.
