Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

Welcome! I offer a light hearted, approachable, and down to earth experience during sessions. I want all of my clients to walk away feeling motivated and secure with his/her journey towards wellness. Maybe you feel like something is "wrong" with you, you're stuck in life, or you're not even sure how to cope. I can help you take those difficult steps forward. I work with many clients that are dealing with current or past traumas, general anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress management, and low self confidence. If you see yourself in any of those scenarios please reach out and let's talk! Allow me to be your sounding board. The first step towards healing is taking that initial step. Making sure my clients feel heard is my number one priority.
