Welcome! I offer virtual appointments, have weekday availability, and am licensed in MA, RI & VT.

For all the reasons you are seeking counseling, I admire that you are here. It can feel overwhelming beginning therapy and choosing a therapist. Finding the right fit is at the root of the journey and I hope we will be a good fit for one another.

Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we work through various life experiences, including loss, trauma, transitions, and yes, the exciting, new possibilities!

I've worked in a variety of settings including community health organizations, private practice, schools, and hospitals.

I bring compassion, empathy, and humor to my work. I work from an antiracist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I value creating a safe, supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment to explore those parts of you that are most in need. It really is ok to not feel ok. We will figure it out together, you are not alone in this journey.

My hope for you is that you will be able to work through whatever is causing you distress, anxiety, sadness, etc, so you can continue on your path.
