*Telehealth across MT* My practice specialty is working with women suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues and those requesting EMDR. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral, & Interpersonal Process Therapies along with various other dynamic methods and modalities.

What is EMDR? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing essentially "unlocks" negative memories, emotions, beliefs about self, stored in the nervous system. This method helps the brain to successfully process negative experiences so they are no longer triggering or charged in day to day life.

What is CBT? The Cognitive Behavioral approach focuses on how our thoughts affect our feelings, addresses coping skills, mindfulness, self-compassion and corrects maladaptive thinking patterns.
