My own experiences navigating high-pressure environments, family dynamics, and personal growth have shown me how powerful it can be to have a space for reflection, connection, and honest support. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or trying to make sense of your relationships, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you through it.
My approach is insight-driven and asset-based. This means I focus on helping you understand why you do what you do - not to label it, but to learn from it. Together, we’ll tap into the strengths you already bring to the table, explore how those strengths developed, and work on shifting patterns or behaviors that might be getting in the way now.
I work from a relational and attachment-oriented lens, so the connection we build in therapy is more than just talk, it becomes a space to practice things like vulnerability, setting boundaries, and learning how to get your needs met. The hope is that what happens in therapy can carry over into your day-to-day life - classes, friendships, family, dating, all of it.
