Hello and welcome. Setting up a regular time and space to meet is already a tremendous first step towards diving into life right where you are now. I have dedicated myself to many different disciplines, which can help us to tailor our work to your personality, interests, and challenges. My two degrees in neuroscience help me to target our work based on the latest science, while my transpersonal counseling degree and depth psychology PhD in progress add a more spiritual side that can make our time together more meaningful. In addition, I have been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation in many forms for nearly 20 years and have added shamanic work during the past decade, which can open up the body-mind connection and introduce you to unbounded wisdom always available to you. Probably my biggest asset has been my own personal experiences of trauma and chronic illness, which have taught me a lot about our personal paths as they intersect with collective and ancestral traumas. Our relationship can be an important support and motivation for you to find whatever it is that will help you to deepen into your true nature and soul calling within the context of your current situations, no matter how difficult. I will always invite your feedback to ensure that we are progressing in the most efficient way towards your goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
