I enjoy helping college students gain more control over their emotional wellbeing through two specific tools: the first is DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills, which help you understand and mange your emotions more effectively. The second is self-compassion. Many people think they need to push themselves harder to be more productive and organized, but research shows the opposite is true. It's time to learn how to be a friend to yourself and experience the rewards it will bring.
