Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

Great to meet you!
I am a passionate psychotherapist who sees it as a privilege to partner with clients along their journey towards healing and improved wellbeing. My experience extends from working with adults, adolescents, and families in out-patient, intensive in-patient, and educational settings.

**Please email me at jenchurchillcounseling@gmail.com for appointment availability**

A bit about my approach to therapy:
I bring an exceptional level of care and commitment to my clients using a culturally responsive and trauma informed approach and utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities. I also often weave my background as a yoga and mindfulness educator into my practice to help you build insight, improve communication, and solidify coping skills to manage life's stressors.

What you can expect from our first session:
I vow to stay curious and kind in my work with you as I see each client as the expert on their life experience. As your therapist, is my job to be a guide and a cheerleader in the direction that you choose to take. Please reach out to me if you are interested in working together!
