Are you struggling with sex, love or relationship issues? I can help. Perhaps you are having difficulty moving on from or deepening a commitment to a relationship. You feel isolated or resentful, possibly because you're not effectively communicating your needs. Maybe your sexual behavior interferes with your relationships, self-image, or productivity. You feel anxious, depressed. My goal is to help you manage these difficult feelings and develop strategies to build a more fulfilling life.

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work through any difficulties you have honoring your needs and being authentic in partnerships. I also work with individuals struggling with sexually compulsive behavior or romantic obsession.

I am affirmative of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures, and am kink-positive. In my work, I use a combination of treatment approaches to unearth your unconscious, challenge your thought patterns, and help you become more mindful and grounded.
