I've worked in the mental health field for over 9 years in a variety of settings. I have provided CBT and other therapeutic approaches in private practice, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. I've worked with a lot of people with differing mental health issues and most importantly I've seen a lot succeed and thrive.

I am passionate about helping individuals that struggle with mental illness. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that’s built around a person and not a diagnosis. I believe the impact of living with a mental illness goes far beyond a set of clinical symptoms. I feel that every person is capable of growth and change when they put in the effort.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
