I believe anyone can have mental health problems at one time or another. I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient levels of care for both mental health and substance use. I'm an OCD specialist with training by the IOCDF and use ERP for that. Since the covid pandemic, I have been doing all sessions by telehealth. I have counseled people for many different reasons and I really love being a social worker.
