Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Counselors
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors
  • Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
  • Psychiatrists

I was always interested in the ‘why’ of human behavior – I was working at a large international corporation and could not understand why people could not get out of their own way. I was young and naïve but that curiosity brought me to study counseling and to become a therapist. I appreciate being able to bring my life and work experience into the therapy room to help clients navigate forward.
I am direct and to the point – I do not tend to waste time and tend to move quickly to help clients feel better as soon as possible. For most of my clients, time is their most precious commodity and I respect them by valuing and respecting their time.
