Hi. I’m Dr. Claire Reclosado-Baclay. I’m a clinical sport psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant® in California (Bay Area) who is ready to help you in your journey to get to where you need to be.
My approach is client-centered and humanistic, focusing on you as a person and your needs. Based on your goals, our work together may include mental skills training, talk therapy, psychological assessment, EMDR, and/or Brainspotting.
