Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

Hi, I’m a Latina Christian therapist, and I work best with students who feel like they’re carrying a lot—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to figure out who they are. Many of my clients are first-generation immigrants or come from multicultural backgrounds and are navigating big transitions, like moving away from home, balancing family expectations, or finding their voice in new spaces.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, you're not alone. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR to help process trauma, DBT and CBT to build practical coping skills, and even animal-assisted therapy for emotional support. I create a space where you can show up as your full self—culturally, spiritually, and emotionally—and be met with care and understanding.

If that sounds like what you need, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
