Everyone could use some extra support from time to time, and it takes a lot of courage to take the first step and talking about the struggles in your life. My specialty is working with individuals in creating a supportive environment to process troubling areas and provide opportunities to improve communication skills and achieve your goals. I look forward to working alongside you as you work to achieve your goals!
I provide individual counseling for adults to improve functioning and self-satisfaction. I believe counseling is a collaborative process where we work together to develop insight and tap into your strengths so you can overcome challenges and reach your goals.
Whether it be school, work, or relationships, my goal is to provide support through a warm and non-judgmental space to help during these challenges. I work with individuals from all walks of life.
