What’s up? I’m Jay, a mental health therapist. I am deeply committed to supporting my clients in their journey of self-discovery and growth, addressing their holistic needs with a focus on soul-work. Building a strong therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust, respect, and honor is of the utmost importance to me. I believe in tailoring my services to each individual, taking the time to understand your unique thought processes, emotional coping mechanisms, tendencies, and habits, in order to ensure that my interventions align with your way of being.

Empathy, safety and care are essential to me throughout the healing journey. I hold myself and my clients accountable to the goals we set together, approaching our work with diligence, consideration, and grace. Our therapeutic space is a collaborative one, and I adapt my techniques to meet your specific needs. However, one thing remains constant: my unwavering commitment to giving my best to help you become the best version of yourself.

I am intuitive and open to addressing what you bring to our sessions. My ultimate goal is to help you feel empowered with the necessary coping skills to live a value-oriented, meaningful life. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, joy, peace, and mental wellness.
