Jay Johnson
Hi, I’m Jay Johnson, a Licensed Addiction Counselor at North Star Counseling & Recovery. I help people understand their relationship with alcohol and other substances and work toward changes that fit their goals.
You may be questioning your use, dealing with consequences, or looking for support in recovery. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. My approach is collaborative, practical, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build skills for handling stress and triggers, and strengthen the supports that help you move forward.
College can bring new pressures, relationships, and responsibilities. My goal is to offer a space where you can talk honestly and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
