I have been a licensed Therapist for over 25 years.
I have worked primarily with teens and young adults, but also with adults up through the age of 65.
Much of my current practice is with young men, supporting them to overcome anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship challenges, life transitions, substance and alcohol use, and other related challenges.
At this point I am only providing on-line therapy/telehealth. I offer free 15 minute consultations.
