Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and interactive with a trauma-informed, body-positive, sex-positive, anti-racist, queer celebrating, all gender expressions and identities affirming lens. I love working with clients who are motivated, creative, unique, strong-willed, and ambitious. I work with adults, young adults, college and graduate students, adolescents, parents, and families who are seeking to make changes in how they feel about themselves, how they manage life's challenges, and how they interact with those around them. At the core of my work is the humanistic belief that positive change and growth are possible. My work is action-oriented, systems-based, and informed by your creativity, imagination, and strengths.

I am skilled at supporting clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, authenticity, the adventures of youth, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, grief, recovery from trauma, emerging adulthood, and those wishing to reintroduce play and creativity back into daily life.
