I’m Ja’Sharee Bush (she/her), a therapist who provides a warm, supportive space for teens, adults, and couples seeking greater emotional clarity, confidence, and healthier relationships. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, helping them build insight and practical skills for lasting change.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert of your own life. I meet you where you are and collaborate with you to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment or pressure.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Play Therapy, and Couples Therapy to support emotional growth, communication, and healing. My work focuses on helping clients develop emotional awareness, improve relationships, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

My style is engaging, down-to-earth, and compassionate. Whether you’re feeling confused, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, we’ll work together to reconnect you with your strengths, restore balance, and create meaningful change.

If you’re looking for therapy for teens, adults, or couples in Georgia, including online therapy, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
