Welcome! I am a mental health expert with well over 10 plus years (of strictly therapy experience) who is committed to helping others learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and resolve issues along with enhancing peace of mind. Most of my work focuses on anxiety, depression, grief, adhd/concentration difficulties, anger/mood problems, family relationships, trauma, obsessive compulsive behaviors and work related/school related difficulties. Evidenced based practices that are used in sessions include CBT, ACT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. I am known for being compassionate, meeting individuals where they are in their journey of life, while also assisting in targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs in circumstances thus creating sustainable change.

I have led a Hospital Staff, Mental Health Court Team, School Based Team, Crisis Response Team, and served as a compliance coordinator in the past. I come equipped offering a suite of premiere services and believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping others reach their goals, which simply means we are a team, and I will work with you throughout this journey. To measure progress and effectiveness of therapy we will set objective goals and plan how you will keep track of goals and tasks. I will send session summaries as well as homework that you can do throughout the week while we are not in session. At periods we will also see what seems to be working and what doesn't seem to be working. I will implement validated measures/surveys to help me monitor our professional relationship and we will look for improvement in core factors beyond just symptom relief. I have found that measuring the progress or effectiveness in therapy this way makes it less likely that people will waste time, money, and energy on something that is not helping. I am fortunate and humbled to serve as your mental health provider and honor the responsibilities that come with it. I ask that you take a bow four being courageous, and vulnerable in pursuing a better version of You, and know that I look forward to connecting with you soon.
