Janna Frelich
I am an Expressive Psychotherapist as well as a board-certified Music Therapist with over 5 years experience in the field. My specialties include narrative therapy, identity development, coping with anxiety and depression and symptoms of PTSD, and overcoming perfectionism, among other things. I utilize many tools in my therapy space: visual arts, music, elements of drama therapy, sandtray with objects, sand play, and much more. Students who have worked with me note that I help them overcome social anxiety, self-judgment, and understanding their own identities. I also have some experience working with those in transition (life or gender transitions) or in defining their sexuality.
