I believe that what brings many people to therapy is a sense of disconnection (from themselves, others, or the world around them). Alongside disconnection, clients may experience depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, job/career concerns, loneliness, anger, body pains, among other symptoms. I’m passionate about working with clients to help them identify, understand, and reconnect with the parts of themselves and their experiences that they disconnected from throughout the years. It is through this work that clients are able to show up more authentically and experience greater meaning and fulfillment in their lives.

I work primarily from relational and attachment based frameworks while incorporating complementary modalities, prioritizing client needs/goals. My specialty is working with individuals with relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. Additionally, I have expertise working with college/graduate students and emerging adults.

I wholeheartedly believe that much of the healing and growth process occurs within the context of relationships (whether that be in the relationships with others or with yourself). Therefore, I emphasize the importance of finding a good fit with a therapist and encourage reaching out if you feel we may be a good fit. I look forward to connecting!
