Psychologist, Ph.D.
Accepting clients Last Updated 15 days ago

When searching for a therapist, the process can be confusing and frustrating. Finding the right person may be challenging, but it will be worth the effort to find someone you are comfortable with. Ideally therapy will allow you to tell your story and get to the heart of the problems you have been facing. You will be able to build on the knowledge and strengths you already have and ultimately gain the perspective to move through your challenges.

What I enjoy most about this work is helping my clients find a greater degree of freedom and balance in their lives, assisting them to step away from old patterns, become more flexible, and feel more alive.

In over 25 years working as a psychologist, I have experience addressing a wide range of difficult issues with adults, pre-teens, adolescents, and college students. Additionally, I provide consultation to parents looking for help for their child.
