My basic training is psychoanalytic, but an overall integrative approach fosters understanding of how life has shaped you, and how it plays out in current living situations, and especially how one's strengths can be brought to good use.
I know that a person can change, evolve, develop meaningful relationships, first and foremost with themselves.
I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to find the way to emotional liberation - always a deeply personal course.
I welcome clients to my home-office in New York (Upper West Side) or via video conference.
